I will listen to your hobbies, what you like to do and what you are wanting to experience in each place and with that knowledge curate an itinerary just for you. I will always have a local touch included whether it be a cooking or food experience, or getting off the beaten track and amongst the locals. Personally I have travelled to 6 continents and all in different ways. I have done adventure travel.
